THIEVERY WITH DHL! do not use DHL ever!!!

PLEASE VOTE THIS GUIDE,TO CLIMB HIGHER IN GUIDES SO ANYBODY CAN SEE WHAT DIRTY SERVICES DHL OFFERS!!!

i will tell you my story with DHL;i only use it once -first time-these weeks,for receiving a package from UK to Romania;in the package were 4 phones,and one laptop;with a value over 600 pounds;i could track the package on internet, ( track number JD0002297176363860,interparcel Order number: 957705,interparcel Tracking Number: 989577056626) but i sow that is stopped in Budapest (Hungary)-where is the warehouse for delivery to East Europe;i was worried because the package was in the same place,in Budapest for few days;i phoned to DHL UK,few times,to find out details,and they told me,that the package is fine,is in transit,and i will received it next day,in few days,etc,but at the end they admited that they lost it;interesting,after 11 days since the package arrived in Budapest,and did not move any further,only at that moment DHL realized that the package is missing-they needed 11 days to realize that and many phone calls;i have to tell them what is going on,because they do not care;they told me that the package is in transit,is fine,and i will receive it,when actually that package was stolen long time ago;DO YOU THINK DHL IS SERIOUS? A PACKAGE IS MISSING AND THEY REALIZE THAT AFTER 10 DAYS,AFTER MANY CALLS FROM ME AND EMAILS? 10 DAYS IN WHICH THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE IT; i only use DHL because i thought they are more serious;will they make an investigation,to find out who stole my package,or your package? NO WAY,because this is called LOST IN TRANSIT,but i will receive 50 pounds back,so i should be happy,right?

a recorded delivery is not that safe as it suppose to be;you think that cannot be stolen because is recorded,but it can,and nobody will move a finger!!

my advice,DO NOT USE DHL!DHL is not safe,is full with thieves,and DHL is hiding behind"LOST IN TRANSIT STOLEN;";you will find out that the package is missing after 2 weeks at least; they will misinform you;THEY ADVICE ME TO GO TO MY LOCAL POLICE IF I BELIEVE THAT THE PACKAGE WAS STOLEN,can you believe it?i should go to police? they will never report anything to police,because the package is lost in transit;

NOT THAT THEY WILL LOOSE YOU PACKAGE if is precious-many people lost precious packages at Budapest warehouse!! ,BUT THEY WILL NOT REALIZE THAT ONLY AFTER FEW WEEKS,WRONG INFORMATIONS YOU WILL RECEIVE,THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE PARCELS,NO INVESTIGATION WILL PROCEED,you will never find out what happened,NOBODY WILL FIND YOU PACKAGE,NO REPORTING TO POLICE-actually the told me to report myself to police if i believe that the package is stolen,because they won't do that,YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK,but hey,you will get 50 pounds back!!!

DO NOT USE DHL THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS!!!!DHL Budapest did not report the situation to other DHL offices when they were askedto do so,in 2 weeks after they realize that the package is missing;the lost the package,then total silence,even they were asked to reply,to report;

DO NOT USE DHL IN YOU ENTIRE LIFE!! IF THEY WILL LOOSE YOUR PACKAGE SAY GOOD BYE TO IT!! only that you will realize what dirty services they have

ALWAYS USE INSURANCE WHEN THE VALUE OF THE PACKAGE IS ABOVE 200 POUNDS!

they may deliver some package,but if they will loose yours,nobody will tell you this,nobody will search it,nobody will move a finger

ps-after a months and a half no answer from DHL UK,or Hungary! can only say DHL=dirt=s.i.
