i thought that was how you were meant to do it as disputes dont have to be settled by ebay and seller can refund anytime up to about a week after opening, so its not a case of refusing to do so?
if i were avoiding/refusing to refund of deal with a none arrival then ok to neg, but that's not the case
then when you refund its all linked and if anyone was trying to con sellers they would think twice if they knew multiple disputesit were being registered?
